Shampoo "Dermazol ®" is used for the support of skin and hair lesions caused by yeast microorganisms Malassezia (former name Pityrosporum), such as dandruff, lichen planus (local), seborrheic dermatitis. 

Dermazole shampoo is an antifungal agent for external use, an imidazole-dioxolane derivative. It has a pronounced antifungal effect, specifically blocks the synthesis of fungal ergosterols.

When applied externally, absorption of ketoconazole through the skin is insignificant. The product has no systemic effect. Long-term use leads to moderate accumulation of ketoconazole in hair keratin.
