Fenistil is used in adults and children aged 1 month and older:

- for seasonal sensitivity conditions: a condition characterized by the appearance of itchy, red blisters on the skin (urticaria); a runny nose caused by a sensitivity to pollen (high temperature); a runny nose caused by a sensitivity (year-round seasonal rhinitis); acute swelling of the skin and mucous membranes (angioedema); food;
- for skin itching of various origins: a skin condition accompanied by itching, redness, and rashes (eczema); skin conditions characterized by rashes, redness, and burning (pruritic dermatoses); including chronic irritation skin condition (atopic dermatitis); measles; rubella; chickenpox; insect bites;
- to avoid sensitivity reactions during support aimed at reducing sensitivity to allergens (hyposensitization support).
