Composition. Potassium iodide (iodine - 50 mcg).

Indications for Use. Used to help avoid the development of hyperthyroidism, endemic goiter; for irritation conditions of the respiratory tract, bronchial asthma; for eye conditions (cataract, corneal and vitreous clouding, hemorrhage in the eye membrane), as well as for fungal irritations of the conjunctiva and cornea. An important property of the product is its ability to help avoid the accumulation of radioactive iodine in the thyroid gland and provide protection from radiation exposure.

Recommended as an auxiliary agent to help avoid thyroid conditions; to improve the mental and physical development of children; and for individuals living in ecologically adverse conditions or exposed to radiation.
