Composition and form:
Lyophilized porous mass in vials or ampoules for preparing injection solutions. Polyoxidonium suppositories, 10 pieces per package. 1 ampoule or vial contains – polyoxidonium 3 or 6 mg. 1 suppository contains – polyoxidonium 3 mg, 6 mg, or 12 mg.
Indications for use: Polyoxidonium is used in combination with primary support for the support of chronic recurrent irritation conditions that are poorly responsive to standard support; for acute and chronic bacterial and viral conditions; chronic seasonal reactions such as bronchial asthma, eczema, neurodermatitis, atopic dermatitis, pollinosis complicated by bacterial irritation; localized and generalized purulent-septic conditions, postoperative complications in surgical patients.
Polyoxidonium is used after radiation and chemosupport in patients with oncological conditions; to reduce the toxic effect of products on the kidneys and liver; to activate regenerative processes in fractures, burns, and trophic ulcers; in combination support for rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis; in tuberculosis of various localizations; for acute and chronic irritations of the genitourinary system in both men and women (prostatitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, endometritis, salpingo-oophoritis, ectopia, erosion, dysplasia and leukoplakia of the cervix, viral diseases); for HIV irritation.
