Composition
Active substance: miramistin;
1 g of balm contains 5 mg of miramistin;
Excipients: disodium edetate, propylene glycol, macrogol 400, macrogol 1500, macrogol 6000, poloxamer, purified water.

Homogeneous white balm.
Botanical group
Cleansing and disinfectants.
Indications
Surgery, traumatology: local support of irritated wounds of various localization and etiology; avoidance of secondary irritation in granulating wounds.
Combustiology: support of burns of II and IIIA degree; preparation of burn wounds for dermoplasty.
Dermatology: strepto- and staphylodermas, dermatomycoses of smooth skin, feet and large folds (including dyshidrotic forms and forms complicated by pyoderma), nails (onychomycoses), keratomycoses (including pityriasis versicolor), candidiasis of the skin and mucous membranes.
Avoidance of wound irritation complications in minor industrial and household injuries.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or other components of the product.
Interaction with other products
When miramistin is used topically with anionic surfactants (soap solutions), it becomes inactivated.
When used together with systemic or local products, miramistin reduces the resistance of microorganisms to the latter.
