Nurofen Express, 200 mg (8 pcs in a package), helps to cope with various pain conditions, such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, menstrual pain, neuralgia, as well as back, muscle and joint pain. It can also be taken at elevated temperatures, which often accompany seasonal discomfort.
Before you start taking it, you should carefully read the instructions. The product is taken orally and is suitable for short-term use only.
For adults and children over 12 years old, the recommended use is one piece (200 mg) up to four times a day. The piece should be swallowed whole with water. Between uses, be sure to take a break of 6 to 8 hours. If a faster effect is needed, adults can take two pieces (400 mg) at once, but not more than three times a day. In this case, the maximum daily use for adults should not exceed 1200 mg, and for adolescents (12 to 17 years old) - 1000 mg.
If the discomfort does not disappear or becomes worse after 2–3 days of use, you should stop taking the product and consult a doctor.
It should be remembered that improper use of the product may harm the body, so always carefully read the instructions on the package or in the enclosed leaflet.
The product should not be taken if you are sensitive to ibuprofen or other components included in the composition. Also, Nurofen is contraindicated for people with bronchial asthma, nasal polyps or intolerance to aspirin and other NSAIDs. It should not be used for stomach ulcers, heart problems, serious liver or kidney problems, bleeding or conditions associated with blood-clotting disorders. It is also not recommended to take the product during pregnancy (after 20 weeks) and for children under 12 years of age.
